Cancellation and/or Exchange of Purchased Tickets
All orders and purchases made through the website are binding.
Purchased tickets and products cannot be exchanged or cancelled, and no refunds will be granted for unused or lost tickets.
A ticket becomes valid upon completion of the purchase process, i.e., after the purchase confirmation and invoice have been issued.
Complaints and Claims
Complaints can be submitted at the business premises or sent by mail to Stella Mediterranea d.o.o., Mihovilovići 21a, 21231 Klis, Croatia, or via email to info@stella-croatica.hr. The company will respond to the complaint within 15 days.
Exclusion of the Right to Unilateral Contract Termination
Pursuant to Article 86, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (OG 19/22), the consumer has no right to unilaterally terminate the contract under this section if:
1. the service contract has been fully performed, for which the consumer undertook to pay, and the performance began with the consumer’s explicit prior consent and acknowledgment that they are aware that they lose the right to unilateral termination once the service has been fully performed
12. the subject of the contract is the provision of accommodation services not intended for permanent residence, transport of goods, car rental services, catering services, or leisure-related services, if the contract stipulates that the service is to be provided on a specific date or within a specific period
