General Provisions
By using, booking or ordering a service, purchasing a product and/or entering the premises of Stella Mediterranea d.o.o., you accept these General Terms and Conditions, as well as all other rules and conditions valid at the time of use of services. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the services or enter the premises of Stella Mediterranea d.o.o.
These conditions also apply to all third parties to whom the user transfers a ticket, reservation, or purchased product. The buyer is obliged to inform the third party of the applicable General Terms and Conditions.
Stella Mediterranea d.o.o. reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions enter into force on the day of publication. We recommend that you check the latest terms before each visit or purchase.
SDD (Service Delivery Delay) means the maximum allowed time from payment confirmation until the delivery of the ticket or product. The usual delivery time is immediate after payment, via display on the final (“thank you”) page and by sending to the customer’s email address. In exceptional cases of technical delay, the maximum SDD does not exceed 1 hour. The customer is obliged to check all tabs and folders of their email application (including “Updates”, “Promotions” and “Spam”) to retrieve the delivered ticket.
Purchase of Tickets and Products
Tickets and products can be purchased at Stella Mediterranea d.o.o. sales points and through the official website www.stella-croatica.hr.
Prices are expressed in euros and include VAT. The price list is published on official channels and is subject to change until the conclusion of the purchase.
Complaints related to online purchases can be sent in writing to the company’s headquarters address or by e-mail.
In case of cash payment, the customer is obliged to immediately check the returned amount as subsequent complaints will not be accepted.
Purchased tickets and products cannot be exchanged or canceled, nor is a refund granted for unused or lost tickets.
After a successful online purchase, tickets are available for immediate download on the final (“thank you”) page.
Tickets are also sent to the customer’s email address within a few minutes after payment confirmation. Please check all tabs within your email application (including “Updates”, “Promotions” and “Spam” folders) as the message may sometimes be filtered.
The usual delivery time for tickets is immediate after payment, and the maximum delivery time does not exceed 1 hour from payment confirmation.
Opening Hours and Entry to the Premises
Entry to the premises is possible only with a valid ticket. Stella Mediterranea d.o.o. reserves the right to verify the validity of the ticket.
Entry with pets is allowed only on a leash, except in the case of assistance animals for people with disabilities. Pets are not allowed in the production areas of the complex.
The premises are partially adapted for people with disabilities; additional assistance is available upon request.
Visitor Conduct
Visitors must behave responsibly towards the premises, property, and other visitors.
The use of sports equipment indoors (roller skates, scooters, etc.) is prohibited.
Staff have the right to remove visitors without refund in case of unacceptable behavior (e.g., disturbance, intoxication, bringing weapons or illegal substances).
Responsibility for Personal Belongings
Visitors are responsible for their own personal belongings. Stella Mediterranea d.o.o. does not accept responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of personal items unless they have been officially placed in safekeeping.
Parking
Parking is available at the external parking lot of Stella Mediterranea d.o.o. The parking is not under the direct management of the company and availability depends on season and capacity.
Prohibition of Audio and Video Recording
All audiovisual content and exhibitions are protected by copyright. Unauthorized recording, distribution, or publication is prohibited by law.
Personal Data Protection
All personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Details are available in the Privacy Policy published on the website of Stella Mediterranea d.o.o.
The premises may be under video surveillance for the protection of persons and property, in accordance with applicable laws.
Complaints
Complaints can be submitted at business premises or sent by mail to Stella Mediterranea d.o.o., Mihovilovići 21a, 21231 Klis, Croatia, or by e-mail to info@stella-croatica.hr. The company will respond to the complaint within 15 days.

Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions take effect upon publication on the official website.
